Over the course of 8-12 weeks, we develop bespoke strategic relationships which focus on a predefined set of business-critical roles, targeting individuals coming from the best performing companies of today and the wider market space. We initiate the program through a comprehensive briefing from the client – this is at the foundation of a successful project. We take the time to align current organizational design, structure, team size, and expectations for future opportunities and challenges, as well as meet the incumbents.

The Succession tool will allow the Client to benchmark their internal talent with external leaders and make an informed decision as to which business areas require talent acquisition. It will provide an opportunity to examine a wider set of industries and companies, beyond the competitive and comparative organisations.

We will deliver a bespoke internal talent assessment program at the outset of the project in conjunction with the hiring leader focusing on up to 10 roles, and using a proprietary framework.

SLS Functions

The Strategic Leadership Succession (SLS) is always tailored to the specific needs of our client in order to bring maximum value and optimal results. Depending on the purpose/ solution needed, there are few main categories towards which the SLS process could be designed. 

Multi-function, Single market

The key focus is a multi-function leadership succession plan within the scope of a single market. This means that we will develop a bespoke pipeline of leaders, qualified exclusively on our clients’ behalf, for a selection of different functionality roles identified across a single geographical market. An example of such SLS application, could be a succession project for 3 C-suite roles (for example CHO, CFO and COO), which will include all top leaders within e.g. Germany across one or multiple industries.

Single-function, Multi-market

The succession plan will be designed on behalf of a specific role function which will represent a detailed map of all key relevant leaders across a predefined multi-geographical market. Furthermore, the identified leaders representing the pipeline will be exclusively approached and qualified towards the values and needs of our client. This SLS application could represent a selection from all top CFO level leaders in Europe/ Global within a certain industry.
